This is a heavy duty overhead door holder Model 1880D. It is solid brass with a brushed stainless steel finish. Brand New-never used. For doors 1 3/4" X 30 to 41 1/2". We have several sizes. Mounts on top face of the door with 85 degree to 110 degree opening preferences. These are high quality commercial door holders left over from a commercial job, complete with instructions and hardware. They are used to keep the door from swinging all the way back when opened.
