I use natural wood slices which a local Lumber Jack cut for me. I sand the rough sliced wood to a smooth surface, transfere a patern onto the wood, and then shade and texture the subject.
This process is very time consuming because I take pride in my work. I will not sell anything that I wouldn't display in my own home or give to somebody as a gift. Each piece is individualy priced according to the amount of time spent on creating it.
